Who You Are

• Experienced Community Manager who shares our passion for community-driven games.
• Passionate about game design, world building, economics, psychology
• Familiar with growing and maintaining strong presence on social platforms
• Experience managing social media channels, experience working with Content Creators
• Great communicator and listener. Understands the social dynamics between different types of players, and between the players and the team
• Exceptional writing skills (native/near-native in English)
• Comfortable on camera, and interacting with players online and face-to-face
• Great at conflict resolution and addressing difficult situations within the community when required
• Proactive, communicative, curious, and independently spirited

What You Will Do

• Lead campaigns to encourage community activities, content creation, and organise tournaments and events
• Manage community volunteers to maintain and grow a positive and inclusive player community
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide insights into the community and create strategies to build a fan base
• Work with external partners to grow our community and to host exciting events for our community
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create social strategy and campaigns
• Have your finger on the pulse of our community
